Pankaj’s extensive background in managing complex projects and driving digital transformation makes him a critical asset in advancing IPT Africa's mission to deliver seamless, reliable, and scalable cross-border payment solutions across the continent.

Adrian brings over 30 years of international experience spanning diverse industries, with a proven track record of driving leadership, innovation, and transformative results in both agency and client-side roles. His expertise includes spearheading strategic initiatives, building and managing high-performing teams, and delivering impactful solutions that align with organizational goals. His extensive background equips him to adapt to evolving market trends and deliver sustainable growth across various sectors.

Anushka is a seasoned professional with expertise in operations and compliance in the payments and financial services industry. Currently serving as Head of Operations at IPT Africa, she has been instrumental in overseeing seamless service delivery and regulatory compliance since 2020. With over 7 years of experience at IPT Africa, her background includes roles in client account management and compliance, showcasing her adaptability and leadership in the field.

Mahfuz is a finance professional with extensive experience in accounting, financial management, and operations. Currently serving as Head of Finance at IPT Africa, he oversees budgeting, cash flow management, risk analysis, and resource allocation while implementing cost-reduction strategies and maintaining regulatory compliance. With a strong background in financial analysis and reporting, Mahfuz has held roles managing client accounts, and liaising with stakeholders to optimize processes and ensure accurate financial operations. 

Karansha is a compliance expert with experience in regulatory frameworks and risk management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Compliance Officer at IPT Africa, she ensures adherence to regulatory standards, manages risk, and develops secure operational procedures. Previously, she honed her skills as a Compliance Officer, focusing on regulatory compliance and implementing effective controls to support business integrity and operational excellence. 

Hema is a seasoned professional with expertise in data protection, product management, and operations.
